In a strategic move to enhance its business and improve production capabilities, HY Metals, China's leading sheet metal and precision machining company, has announced its expansion of operations with new stamping capabilities.
HY Metals has been offering top-quality sheet metal fabrication and machining services since its inception in 2010. Over the years, the company has grown substantially from a small garage to seven wholly-owned manufacturing facilities, including four sheet metal factories and three CNC machining shops.
The addition of stamping capabilities marks a new milestone in the company's growth journey. HY Metals has installed a state-of-the-art stamping machine that will enable the company to create complex, precision parts with high efficiency.

The new stamping equipment is capable of manufacturing a wide range of stamped parts, including brackets, enclosures, housings, and complex geometries, among others. It offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing the company to adjust to unique customer requirements.
The stamping machine features a 110-ton press, which provides a maximum working area of 1,100mm x 800mm. The press has a feed accuracy of ±0.03mm, ensuring that every part produced is to precise specifications. It also provides high-speed production capabilities, enabling HY Metals to quickly produce large volumes of parts without sacrificing quality.
The stamping process offers several advantages over other fabrication methods. It is a cost-effective solution for high-volume production runs, as it allows for quick part turnaround times and minimal material waste. Stamping also provides consistent, precise results and is ideal for creating intricate parts with tight tolerances.
